Vinegar can help with your hair loss
The fact that vinegar is great to take care of the scalp and your hair is something known for ages.
In particular, apple cider vinegar is an amazing product for your hair (and not only).
It can help balance your skin and the natural pH levels of your hair, can promote hair growth, and even restore the natural shine of your hair.
Here is how to use it:
Add one tablespoon of vinegar to a glass of water in the morning, and drink it.
This will strengthen your hair, boost your metabolism, your immune system and even promote weight loss (about weight loss: this is something that I have experienced myself: I lost 10 kilos (22 pounds) drinking a glass of apple cider vinegar in the morning, mixed in a glass of water).
Vinegar can even be used as a conditioner, it helps remove build up from your hair, and gives back shine to dull-looking hair.
The best way to use it as a conditioner is if you have a spray bottle. Add two tablespoons of vinegar to a spray bottle of water, and spray the mixture on your hair after shampooing.
Leave the mixture on your hair for a few minutes and then rinse.
This can be also used as a regular conditioner.
Baldness prevention with apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar will help shutdown the hair’s cuticle, and it will make it easier for the light to reflect on it, with the final result that your hair will be shinier than ever.
Other benefits that you can get from its use is that it will safely rejuvenate your scalp skin, purifying and removing all residues, debris, and other built up derived from aggressive hair products, that may be blocking our hair follicles.
As I said, it will help balance the pH of your skin, and its natural enzymes will help kill off bacteria and fungus that often are associated with scalp conditions and excess DHT.
