Hello, my name is Giampaolo Floris, I am an independent hair loss researcher since 1993 and I teach how to stop hair loss naturally.

In the early 90’s, my hair started to thin visibly, and I became, of course very worried about it.

I had very long hair, I played guitar in a band, and I really didn’t want to go bald, just as my father did in his early 20’s.

So I have begun to study all the materials about loss that I could find, any article, encyclopedia, book, etc. trying to find a solution to my problem and stop my receding hair line.

I also studied Chinese natural medicine and guess what: after months of trial, experiments and hard studies… I found out how to stop hair loss naturally!

The secret was in reactivating the natural flow of blood to the roots of my hair: infact I learned that a decline of micro blood circulation was the main problem that our hair has, when it starts thinning.

How did I do that?

Well, one of the subjects that I studied, in order to beat male hair loss and even female pattern baldness was the anatomy of the human body, especially our head anatomy, and I found out that the muscles we have on the top part of our head can be used to reactivate the flow of blood.

Not just any type of movements can do the trick: there is a specific sequence of steps to do, particular contractions and series of movements.

It’s a whole program of training, which normally lasts for 2-3 months, and gives as final result the end of hair loss.

How I beat male patter baldness

Later on, studying about the relation between blood flow and the formation of the male hormone which attacks the hair follicles (DHT), I understood that there is a way to deactivate this particular hormone and its effects on our hair.

And the secret is connected to the use of the head muscles, and reactivating the blood flow.
