How to reverse hair loss naturally
Hello, this is Giampaolo Floris & Daniel (customer service) from Endhairloss.eu
During the last months many of you have asked me, and Giampaolo Floris, in our customer service, what’s the best diet to decrease, stop baldness and how to reverse hair loss naturally, and well, we have decided to produce this video, to answer your question.
Our hair is incredibly important to how we feel about ourselves, and it’s a reflection of our general health.
Common imbalances and nutritional deficiencies can impact the health of our hair, cause hair loss, and determine the amount of hair we have on the top of our head.
It’s true that we can help you with the active use of our natural program, however, it’s also true that there’s a lot that you can do yourself through your diet and lifestyle choices, that can have an impact on the quality and quantity of your hair.
Don’t you feel like reading all the post?
Well watch the video then 😉
Check the glucose level and and possible inflammations
Some of the first areas to address, in case of severe hair loss, are the glucose level and any inflammation in the body.
A high level of glucose in your blood is a sign that a condition known as insulin resistance is present in the body.
Insulin, as you may know, is a protein hormone, that controls the concentration of glucose in the blood.
A high level of glucose throws all of the hormones out of balance, making people feel fatigued.
Weight gain around the belly is also possible, and the weakening of hair on the top of the head, where it starts to become thinner and thinner.
Furthermore, this hormonal change, increases inflammation in the body, accelerating hair loss.
If you are brave enough to do that, you can reverse this condition changing your lifestyle, and… your DIET!
Decrease excessive hair thinning with a low-glycemic diet
In fact following a low-glycemic and low-inflammatory diet is one of the most powerful actions you can do to help re-balance your hormones and support the growth of your hair.
I recommend that you begin removing all the inflammatory foods from your diet.
You may ask, what are the inflammatory foods and how do they influence my health?
Let me explain how to reverse hair loss naturally…
Certain foods are considered to be harmful or irritating for our body.
When our diet is rich of these foods, the body’s automatic biological response is to try to remove the irritation.
The body’s response manifests itself as inflammation, which can affect any part of the body tissues, including the scalp.
Removing inflammatory foods such as simple carbohydrates, added sugar, alcohol and dairy, can decrease drastically the level of inflammation.
The next step is to address the glucose levels in your blood.
After a meal based on foods which are irritating to the body, we experience a rise in the levels of glucose and insulin.
My suggestion is to follow a low-glycemic diet, high in fibers, healthy fats and proteins.
This will help slow the digestion and will support the absorption of the food you eat. Check on become a fitness trainer online.
A low-glycemic diet is based on foods rich in fibers, such as vegetables, beans, whole grains and fish.
You should make sure to also include healthy fats, such as raw olive oil, fatty fish, and nuts.
If you are able to balance your protein, fat and fiber intake in each meal, this will help decrease the blood sugar levels, reduce the inflammation, and you will feel full for a longer period, without you feeling the need to eat again, one or two hours after your last meal.
As a result, your hormones will be in a better balance and your hair will become healthier.
Next, to achieve a healthier scalp with stronger hair follicles, you should include hair-growing nutrients into your diet, whether by eating foods rich in these nutrients, or through supplementation.
Check the levels of iron
Start checking the levels of iron in your blood, with your doctor.
This mineral is critical for the health of your hair (among other things), and its deficiency is a very common cause of hair loss.
Iron is important to build healthy red blood cells, which carry oxygen and nutrients to your scalp and hair and throughout the body.
Iron-rich foods include spinach, liver, sunflower seeds, lamb, beans and whole grains.
Biotin will help decrease baldness
Another important nutrient that you should include in your diet is biotin, otherwise known as the hair vitamin, or vitamin B7.
This vitamin helps to strengthen the hair shaft, making it less likely to break and/or fall off.
It also helps to regulate the functions of the sebaceous glands, and plays a fundamental role in the synthesis of keratin, the main protein component of the hair.
You can get enough biotin to strengthen your hair from just two eggs per day, or through supplementation.
The importance of vitamin D for the health of your hair
The next vitamin to make sure you include in your diet, is vitamin D, well known for being the vitamin you can get easily from being active outside in daylight.
In today’s society, much of the jobs have been moved to indoor offices that allow for little sun exposure.
As a result, vitamin D deficiencies are now very common in many countries.
This is linked to many body tissues, including excessive hair thinning, so make sure your vitamin supplement includes it.
The last point I want to mention in this specific video is the function of your thyroid.
This is the center of our metabolism, and controls the turnover of cells in the body.
When someone has an under active thyroid, his metabolic rate slows down and he will lose more hair than he otherwise would, with a standard metabolic rate.
Your doctor can check if you have hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism by testing the levels of its hormones in your blood.
If he finds out that your thyroid is depressed significantly enough, you may need medication to support the metabolism of your body and hair growth.
At the same time the nutritional changes mentioned in this video can help support the condition of your thyroid and the health of your hair.
The best and easiest way to include in your diet the full range of the hair growing nutrients, would be taking a supplement with the most important vitamins and minerals for your hair.
Nuhair products for thinning hair
Recently we have received really good feedback about the NUhair products, with lots of positive reviews and if you really want to maximise and speed up the regrowth of your hair, I definitely recommend to use the hair regrowth formula for men, and their hair rejuvenation formula for women.
These are natural nutrient boosters for fine and thinning hair, which energize the scalp and nourish the hair shaft to help produce stronger, thicker hair.
I have included a few links below these video, where you can read more about the NUhair products, including their anti DHT formula and the thinning hair extra serum.
Ok, so these are the actions to decrease baldness, that we recommend here at Endhairloss.eu
If you follow them, you will know they work and you will realize you know how to reverse hair loss, naturally now!
If you follow the advice that I gave you in this video, you will well be on the road to stop your hair loss completely and start regrowing the lost hair.
Why your anti-hair loss strategy may fail
Remember, though, that in order to completely achieve this result, there are still 2 important points that need to be fixed.
The first one is the micro blood circulation to the scalp.
Without a proper blood circulation, the nutrients you get from food and through supplementation, will not be able to reach the hair follicles, and your hair will still fall out.
No matter how good and anti-inflammatory your diet is.
Decreasing the levels of DHT (dihydrotestosterone) in your scalp is the next fundamental point to deal with, if you want your anti baldness strategy to work.
DHT is a hormone derived from testosterone, and is known to attack and destroy the hair follicles.
If the levels of this hormone in your scalp are too high, all the anti hair loss actions mentioned in this video will be almost pointless, as this hormone is known to attack and miniaturize the follicles.
You need to decrease its levels on the scalp.
Failing to address these two points may mean the failure of any anti-hair loss strategy.
Sure, you can use drugs such as minoxidil and finasteride in order to try to prevent and reverse hair loss, but the prices are elevated, the side effects are many, and if you discontinue their use, your hair will start falling out again.
The good news is that you can achieve the same results attainable with these drugs, using the Endhairloss.eu Natural Program, naturally and side effects free!
