Henna strengthens your hair roots

Henna is known as a natural hair color in all Asia, but besides this its use can also help strengthen your hair roots, and the best way to use it is to mix it with mustard oil.

This is how to use it: pour 250 ml of mustard oil in a glass, and then add 60 g of clean and dried henna leaves.

Boil the mixture you have obtained in this way, then filter the oil, cool it and use it to massage regularly your scalp with it.

When you do it,  allow it to dry on your hair and then rinse it off with cool water, and an organic shampoo.

Onion and garlic help collagen secretion

Garlic and onion are rich in sulfur, an element which increases the secretion of collagen,  and as you may know collagen helps the hair to grow.

This is why they have been used in traditional medicine to help hair grow stronger.

This is how to use it: chop your onion in small pieces and squeeze out the juice, apply it to the scalp, leaving it for 15 minutes, rinsing it off afterwards with an organic shampoo.

Then crush three cloves of garlic, add some coconut oil and boil it for five minutes.

Cool down the mix, and apply it to the scalp gently massaging it to complete absorption.

This treatment should be done at least two times a week.

Hibiscus nourishes hair roots

Hibiscus has rejuvenating properties, in fact, it prevents gray hair, helps fight dandruff and nourishes hair.

Its regular use can help prevent hair loss.

This is how to use it on your hair: crush five flowers of hibiscus, mix them with sesame oil until you get a fine paste.

Apply the paste to the scalp, leaving it on for two hours, and then rinsing it off with your organic shampoo (remember to get a good shampoo, free of SLS, parabens and aggressive ingredients).
